FONGA: Forum of NGOs in West and Central Africa  

Strengthening coordination, promoting knowledge exchange, and ensuring that NGOs have a collective voice in decision-making processes.

FONGA focuses on reducing preparedness gaps, particularly in coastal areas, and on strengthening resilience across the wider AOC region. Its approach combines coordination, analysis, advocacy and humanitarian diplomacy. Transparent governance and a dedicated digital platform will support collaboration, knowledge exchange and resource sharing among NGOs.
